= Mr. McGrail reported the Town Manager will discuss her reorganization plan at t= he Planning and Zoning Meeting on March 15, 2006.

= Mr. McGrail stated Ms. Barton would share her monthly report with the members beginning in April, 2006; copy should be sent with Agenda.

= Mr. McGrail discussed the Konover overview as presented to the Town Council on March 6, 2006.

= Mr. McGrail mentioned there has been correspondence to the Town Manager and the Town Council, but he has not received any feedback. He also mentioned that comments ne= ed to flow both ways to be meaningful.

&= nbsp; &nbs= p; Mr. McGrail reported they are still hoping to hold a Watertown Expo in the Fall= or Spring. $5,000 has been reque= sted by this Commission as seed money to help fund the project.

&= nbsp; &nbs= p; Mr. McGrail stated this is still an open issue; will continue to pursue.
