B.&nbs= p; Discussion with Calgani Real Estate Group Regarding STP Projects
= This item was moved and discussed during Public Participation and further discus= sed at this point. Mr. Seacrist c= an let them know this Commission feels the State Dairy project, as presented, was acceptable, and in terms of the small parcel at the corner of Straits Turnp= ike/Bunker Hill Road, that passive use or professional building are a couple of good options, and the third proposal, this Commission's preference is that the parcel be developed commercially.
C.&nbs= p; Konover
= Mr. McGrail reported Konover has pulled their application and he's not sure whe= re that stands right now. If the= y come back, so be it, but maybe this should be made into a business park. A discussion ensued.

E.&nbs= p; Pin Shop Proposal
= Mr. McGrail reported they went for a preapplication to possibly change, they wa= nt to put retail or commercial into that building, but if they do rezone it for retail and it doesn't work out, he can't go back to industrial, per the regulations. This Commission = should help this applicant as much as possible.&n= bsp; Mr. Seacrist stated Planning and Zoning is trying to eliminate non-conforming uses. A discus= sion ensued.
F.&nbs= p; Update on Sealy Property
= Mr. McGrail reported they're still waiting for remediation. After that the D.E.P. will relinqu= ish the property and state it meets code, and then there are a couple of people interested in that building. A brief discussion ensued.
G.&nbs= p; Wetland Commission Meeting - Support for ELR Proposal
= Mr. Traver reported he walked the property and it seemed appropriate for the proposed use. There are 10 ac= res with dug out places everywhere, it looks like someone dug them out, not nat= ural wetlands. The proposal made s= ense to him and the wetlands shouldn't have a big impact. He should get approvals at the next meeting. A brief discussion e= nsued.

and it has not yet been approved, so does this Commission want to revisit
