     plan. He indicated that he was preparing a Community Consultation Docu=

     for the state siting council, which will include a day long public
     workshop to be held in the late summer in <st1:City w:st=3D"on"><st1:p=

      w:st=3D"on">Watertown</st1:place></st1:City>. Bill Carter is also try=
ing to
     contact the plant manager in <st1:City w:st=3D"on">Fitchburg</st1:City=

     w:st=3D"on">Mass.</st1:State> for an EDC tour of the facility, which is
     similar to the <st1:City w:st=3D"on"><st1:place w:st=3D"on">Watertown<=

     </span>We left it that he was going to definitely confirm his contenti=
on
     that almost half the property is already zoned residential.<span
     style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>I told him that our zoning ma=
p did

     reinforce that we were happy with the State&#8217;s Dairy proposal and=
