3.     &nb= sp;   Discussion Regarding Upcoming Survey with Bill Simmons of the Consulting Firm

 

            = Mr. McGrail discussed the focus and intent of the pending survey.

 

            = Bill Simonsen and Gary Robbins of the NE Willow Group gave an overview of how the survey will be conducted, accuracy of survey, timeframe for the project, sa= mple of questions often asked in similar surveys.

            A question and answer/general discussion followed with all present as to what type of questions would like to be asked that would be specific to Watertown and what subject matter would be included in the survey.  After the discussion, representati= ves from NE Willow Group stated that they would take all comments and refine the list of questions to better represent our discussion and meet at the Septem= ber Economic Development Commission meeting.
