M= r. McGrail, Chairman, executed the Roll Call. He has not heard from Ms. Kuegler in some time.

Project
= Mr. McGrail stated this project would not come before this Commission any time soon. Mr. Traver asked if any= thing would be done regarding this project? Mr. McGrail replied he would call Mr. Kane, Chairman of the Town Council, stating this Commission is not in favor of this development, since this Commission does not have any information, but would like to be part of this process and have extended an invitation to these meetings several time= s.

&= nbsp; &nbs= p; Mr. Simonson and Mr. Robbins gave a presentation regarding the next phase in the Survey Process. A lengthy discussion ensued regarding the context of the survey.
&= nbsp; &nbs= p; MOTION: (Mr. Traver, sec. Mr. Marcoux) to enable the Chairman to take a vote by telephone survey if possible.

A.&nbs= p; Plan of Development - M. Barton
= Ms. Barton gave a presentation regarding the Plan of Development. A discussion ensued.
B.&nbs= p; E.D.C. Coordinator
= Mr. McGrail reported that Mr. Kane, Chairman of the Town Council, asked him to = meet with Mr. Primini, Chairman of the Business Development Subcommittee of the = Town Council, to create the position of an E.D.C. Coordinator, a Town employee.<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> A discussion ensued. The Town Council is supposed to ch= arge this Commission with developing a job description for this position.
C.&nbs= p; Discuss Tom Hill Request
= A discussion took place regarding various types of tax incentives, per Mr. Hi= ll's request. The Tax Assessor wil= l be invited to this Commission's next meeting.

&= nbsp; A. Bill Simonson and Mark Robbins to Discuss Next Phase in the Survey Process
&= nbsp; &nbs= p; This Item was moved to Item 6A.

&= nbsp; &nbs= p; Nothing to report. Mr. Marcoux felt i= t was very difficult to find specific line items in the budget on the web site.
&= nbsp; C. Business Visits
&= nbsp; &nbs= p; Not discussed.
&= nbsp; D. Update of Signage
&= nbsp; &nbs= p; Mr. McGrail will write to the State D.O.T. because the D.O.T. is not in favor of these signs. A brief discussi= on ensued. He questioned whether= the Town could install their own = signs to signposts that are already in place?&nb= sp; Ms. Robson felt funds would be needed as well as the State's permiss= ion.
