SERVICE REQUEST SYSTEM

The Town of Watertown is proud to introduce our new service request management system powered by Qscend technologies.

QAlert is Web-based software that allows local and county governments to track, manage, and resolve citizen service requests, and to maintain records based on property, submitter, issue type, and more.

QAlert includes a powerful reporting tool for CitiStat-type information sharing, a self-serve area where citizens can review knowledge base articles, log-in to check their request history, and interact with staff.

Submitters can add service requests for Anti-Blight, Freedom of Information Act requests, and requests for additional town departments.  Once submitted, submitters will receive a copy of their request which indicates the town has received and is working on the request.

To input a service request including Anti-Blight/Freedom of Information, click HERE and click on "Request for Service"

*To remain informed, view the status, and correspond with the department directly in the service request system, it is highly suggested that users create an account on the platform.

To create an account, click HERE.

  1. Click on "Create Account"
  2. Enter your email address and click on "sign up"
  3. Once you enter your email address you will receive an email from Qalert  (noreplywatertown@qscend.com) with a link to confirm your email address.
Once an account is created, make sure to add the email address: noreplywatertown@qscend.com to your address book. All correspondence will be coming from this address. You cannot email back to this address.
Should you need any additional assistance with inputting a service request or creating an account contact Lauren - dayton@watertownct.org or 860-945-5255
